• Must have experience in voice process outbound sales.
• Must have handled the team of TSO and TL’s.
• Should have knowledge about basic KRA's and KPI's of Assistant Manger.
• Should have knowledge about Shrinkage, Attrition and Roster Management.
• Must have experience in hardcore sales outbound.
• Responsible in achieving the daily and monthly sales targets.
• Must have taken care of people management, process management.
• Must be capable of doing team management, coordinating, monitoring and motivating team members to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintaining daily, monthly and periodic MIS reports.
• Must have dialer knowledge
